There was a rather disturbing story in today's <a href="http://www.post-gazette.com/pg/05063/466238.stm"> Post-Gazette</a>. Not that anyone figured the Steelers would find a way to avoid the reaper, in the end, for playing "cap games", but it's disturbing because I believe the future is more promising than the present.

Quarterback Ben Roethlisberger, of course, is the future, and that future is being compromised by monopoly money. The Steelers got lucky ... not fortunate ... not blessed ... they didn't win on the strength of their extreme diligence and intelligence ... they flat got lucky with Roethlisberger last year.
