The Pittsburgh Steelers have retained four free-agent offensive linemen this offseason with today's signing of reserve tackle Trai Essex to a two-year deal.

Trai Essex visited the Tennessee Titans but came back home to sign a 2-year deal today worth $2 million, according to the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette. The fifth-year veteran out of Northwestern was given a signing bonus of $500,000 by the team. He can play four different positions and will likely start camp as the No. 2 left tackle behind Max Starks.

The Steelers also signed reserve cornerback Fernando Bryant to a one-year contract.
