Report: Ben out

Fox Sports' NFL reporter Jay Glazer is reporting that Ben Roethlisberger will miss Sunday's game in Baltimore.

Fox Sports' Jay Glazer this morning is reporting that Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger won't play Sunday night against the Baltimore Ravens. Glazer reports that Roethlisberger suffered "excercise-induced headaches as the week progressed."

With backup quarterback Charlie Batch out with a broken wrist, the Steelers would turn to second-year quarterback Dennis Dixon, who completed his only career pass attempt last season after Roethlisberger suffered a concussion in the regular-season finale against Cleveland. Dixon completed the pass for a 3-yard gain.

The Steelers may also have to add one of two veteran quarterbacks -- Todd Bouman and Patrick Ramsey -- who worked out late in the week. Recommended Stories
