Steelers give Terry Fair chance Premium Story

PITTSBURGH -- The Steelers dipped into the Detroit Lions organization once again to sign injury-plagued cornerback Terry Fair to a one-year, minimum-wage contract.

Out of football since the third game of the 2002 season, the 5-foot-9, 193-pound Fair hopes to resume his once-promising career in Pittsburgh.
