| Biography: |
2002: 1 Total Tackles - 1 Solo, 0 ASSTs, 0 Sacks, 0 Stuffs. 0 FFs, 0 INTs, 0 PDs. In April 2003, Kendrick signed a 1-year RFA tender to stay with the Steelers for the 2003 season. Kendrick saw very limited action in the 2002 season and was not active for most games. The 2003 summer camp will be very important for him.
Clancy was the 2000 3A draft pick of the Steelers, out of Mississippi. He was brought in to play the 3-4 nose tackle position, and backed up Kimo von Oelhoffen in that capacity until 2001, when he shared time as a starter with Casey Hampton until Hampton won the job full-time later in the season. He is still an important player for the Steelers as a backup to that lynchpin position in the 3-4 scheme.
